Compliance with Seattle Children’s vaccination policy is required. Prior to the start of the externship, an affiliation agreement must be completed between Seattle Children’s and the University. This agreement document is provided to the University by Seattle Children’s. Participation in the externship at SCH is contingent upon successful establishment of the affiliation agreement.
