After you login to this website, clinic directors can fill out this short form below. That information will impact the added column on the sites table. Then those still seeking an externship will more easily know where to submit their applications.
Step 1: Login to this WordPress site if you are not already logged in.
- Tip: If your username and email appear in the box, you are logged in already.
Hints:
- Your Username = email=username
- Your Email Address
Step 2: Fill out the form and hit submit button at the bottom of the form.
- Tip: The same form is used to say you are still accepting applications AND used again once you are not longer accepting applications.
