Our Main office is located at 5461 Meridian Mark Road, Suite 130, Atlanta, GA 30342. We have satellite locations in Alpharetta, Buckhead and Marietta, GA.
The anticipated start date is 05/19/2025 with and anticipated ending date of 05/18/2026, but specific dates are flexible based on applicant’s University calendar. This is a Full-Time externship with an offered stipend of $30,000 annually. Our practice has 3 full-time audiologists, one part time audiologists and 3 audiology assistants. All of our full-time audiologist have CCC-A certifications.
We serve the following populations: Pediatric, School Aged, Developmental Disabilities, Birth to 21 years, English, English Language Learner, Bilingual, Sign Language ASL or SEE, Cognitive Physical Ability.
Experiences expected here include:
Extern gain experience in the following areas of Audiology: Diagnostic Evaluation, Auditory Evoked Potentials, Newborn Hearing Screening, Hearing Aid Evaluation and Dispensing, Cochlear Implant Evaluation and Mapping, Bone Anchored Hearing Devices, Assistive Technologies, Onsite Continuing Education, and Community Outreach.
The Inter professional and collaborative practice experiences include: Family Members, Auditory-Verbal Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Special Educators, Speech-Language Pathologists, Teachers (mainstream and DHH), Voc. Rehab Counselors as well as other hearing stakeholders.
