Extern’s university program needs to agree and sign an affiliation agreement with Children’s Hospital of Michigan program.  Applicants need to connect with their academic coordinators and the clinical site. Email Lyndsay Ball (Lball@dmc.org) for details.

Externs must create an ACEMAP account as part of the onboarding process.  This is done once the offer is accepted, well before beginning the externship on June 1st.

This site is reported to have 9 staff audiologists and who are CH-AP Certified and 9 who are with their CCC-A certifications.
